​1. How does the process work?​

Once your flowers arrive, they are carefully photographed, documented, and professionally dried using techniques that best preserve their colour, shape, and texture. Once dried, they’re stored safely until your resin design is ready to begin.

2. How long does it take & what is the turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is up to 12 months – and occasionally beyond. This is not rushed work. Each piece is poured slowly, in layers, under strictly controlled conditions to ensure the highest quality.

Resin is a sensitive, temperamental material – it reacts to temperature, humidity, and even air quality. We wait for the perfect moment to pour, because anything less wouldn’t meet our standards.

Creating something truly timeless takes time – and your flowers deserve nothing less.

 

 

3. When will I hear from you?

You’ll receive an initial confirmation when your flowers arrive. After that, we work quietly in the background. You’ll be contacted again when it’s time to confirm your layout and begin resin work. If you have questions, you’re always welcome to reach out – but please note that frequent updates aren’t possible during the wait.

4. How do I pay

Payment is made in three stages:

 

  • £25 deposit upon booking

  • 50% of the balance when flowers are received (non-refundable after drying begins)

  • Final 50% when resin work is about to begin

Final payment must be made before the resin stage starts.

5. What happens if I need to cancel?

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Once drying has begun, the 50% stage payment is also non-refundable.

  • If your event is rescheduled, we can move your booking date free of charge (subject to availability)

6. What types of items can I order?

We offer a variety of shapes and sizes, including:

  • Framed florals (with or without stems)

    Pressed Florals 

  • Resin blocks, hearts, arches, spheres, letters, and keepsake coasters

  • Memorial and ashes preservation

  • Name and date frames

    A full price list is available upon request or can be found on our website/email guide.

7. What if my flowers are already a few days old?

We can often work with flowers that are up to 5–7 days old, depending on their condition and type. Always store them in water, out of direct sunlight, and avoid refrigeration unless advised.

8. Will my flowers look the same?

No. While we preserve as much natural beauty as possible, flowers do change colour and texture during drying. Some darken, some fade – this is completely normal. We work with what nature gives us and always aim for stunning results.

9. Can I request a specific layout?

Absolutely. You can send inspiration photos or let us know if you have specific requests. We’ll send you a photo layout before pouring resin so you can approve the final design.

10. What if I want to add something sentimental?

We welcome meaningful additions – such as ribbons, lace, charms, or small notes – if they are resin-safe. Let us know in advance so we can advise on what will work best.

​

 

Can I change my order once it’s booked?

Additional items can be added right up until the resin stage begins – just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

However, reducing your order (e.g. removing frames or resin items) is not permitted once your booking is confirmed, as space, materials, and design planning are allocated based on your original order.

Do you accept last-minute orders?

Yes, where possible. If you’ve had a last-minute change of heart or didn’t know this was an option, reach out! If we have space, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Will all the flowers from my bouquet be used?

No – not every single flower will be used, but we’ll choose the best, most suitable ones. The rest are kept as backup during the preservation process.

Can I hand-deliver my flowers?

Yes – local drop-off is available by arrangement. We’ll agree a time and location once your booking is confirmed.

 

​

Do I post my flowers to you?

Yes – if you’re not local, you’ll receive step-by-step packaging instructions and the delivery address. Always use Royal Mail Special Delivery or an overnight courier to ensure freshness.

Where are you located?

We’re based in West Yorkshire, UK. Full address details are sent once your booking is confirmed.

 

​

How will we keep in contact?

New enquiries will be responded to via Instagram, Facebook, or our website contact form – whichever platform you reach out on.

Once your booking is confirmed, all further communication must be via email only. This helps us keep everything in one place and ensures nothing gets missed.

 

Please note:

We work through each order in date order and will only be in touch when there’s a key update (e.g. layout approval or resin work beginning). We kindly ask that emails are kept to a minimum so we can focus fully on creating your piece.

 

You’re always welcome to get in touch with urgent questions – but silence doesn’t mean you’ve been forgotten. It simply means your flowers are safe and your turn is coming.
